With brands like LITEON, IXYS, INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER and FAGOR your requirement is available from our warehouse. Starting with the small HD series from LITEON ( using only 20mm² board-space ) but still able to handle 0.8A, up till 90A for a 3 phase bridge rectifier from IR.
In the low and mid-range current-segment most of the bridge-rectifiers are from LITEON and FAGOR. For mass production many types can be supplied "pre-cut" for automatic insertion. In the midrange FAGOR's glass passivated bridge-rectifiers offer the most benefit when it comes to board-space. For 10A and up, the well known square bridge-rectifiers are available. Thanks to the glass passivated technique these models go up till 50A. For even more power or 3 phase models IXYS, INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER and FAGOR all have there own specific solution at hand, and available at Huijzer. |
