For our regular customers we invoice once per week. Upon customers request we can also invoice, per delivery, per shipment, per purchase-order number or per project. As a standard we invoice what has been delivered the week before. On this invoice we always state, the purchase-order number, shipment number and the parts or services that have been delivered. On export invoices we have the possibility to print local currency, in this case transfers can be made in your own local currency. * Especially for this purpose Huijzer Components has foreign bank accounts in several countries to keep exchange rate losses and transfer costs down to a minimum. Credit-invoices are always produced separately so there will be no misunderstanding at return shipments or correction in prices.
