At arrival all shipments immediately first get a physical inspection.

All parts are treated according to manufacture handling-instructions. If those instructions are not available, then the parts are treated like any other component from within the same category.

After this inspection, the parts are stocked per type and date-code, so there will be no " forgotten " stock.
